This service covers the diagnosis of simple issues involving only hardware and system related software (e.g. operating systems, malware and device drivers). Multimedia faults (e.g. gaming, TV, etc) are not covered by this initial inspection and extra charges apply to rectify any problems found.
Customers are reminded of the importance of backing up important data. We do not warrant the integrity of data on systems being repair or inspected as erasure of information may be necessary during repair.
We strictly avocate the use genuine software and reserve the right to refuse and discontinue service upon discovery of installed pirated software.
There are no refunds or warranties associated with this service. By ordering a system inspection the customer signifies that he/she has read and understood the above terms, that our technicians are only reponsible for making a reasonable effort to find and report system related issues to the purchaser, and not the fix them..
